James Dodson

with the

Free Church of Scotland.

THE REV. SIMEON ROSS MACPHAIL, M.A., formerly of Elgin, was inducted on 28th March, 1878. He accepted a call to Liverpool, in May, 1880, and preached his farewell sermon on the 30th of that month.

THE REV. GEORGE DAVIDSON, B.Sc., Minister of the Free Barony Church, was called on the 2nd December, 1880, and inducted on 20th January, 1881. On 6th March, 1883, Mr Davidson accepted a call to St. Mary’s Free Church, Edinburgh.

THE REV. JAMES GAGE, B.D., Minister of the Free Church, Dyce, Aberdeenshire, was called on 22nd November, 1883, and inducted on 17th January, 1884.
